11/5/09 Workouts

TFR Workout:
6 x 800m run - rest interval: half run time

Results: 3:49, 3:51, 3:54, 3:52, 3:53, 3:56 - I don't know if keeping it within 10 seconds was good or if I should have kept it within 5 seconds of the top time... which was what Murray said he had done.

Note: Chepo gave me some good tips. 1... use active recovery between rounds, keep walking around, don't sit down. It will help prevent the lactic acid from settling and help me recover faster; he was right. 2... lightly shake my feet as I'm walking during recovery, something common for soccer players. Again, keeps the muscles from accumulating too much lactic acid.
